Primary schools New Malden

Hi everyone,
i'm looking to move to the New Malden area and was wondering if anyone has any feedback on state primary schools? I understand Burlington is the best one so what are the chances of getting in there if you don't live right next to it?
Also I saw King's Oak school doesn't have a good ofsted rating so was wondering if anyone has had any experience with that school?

No experience of Kings Oak but I wouldn't be surprised if it turned around in a few years- there's a new Head with a fairly good reputation.

Burlington is a huge school 3/4 form entry so getting in may not be as difficult as you think!
