We're looking at trying to find a local teenager to do some occasional babysitting. We've never had one before - how much should we offer to pay? It would be just occasional - evenings after the children (2 and 4yrs) have gone to bed. Should we pay more if the older one was up for half an hour? Don't think that would happen in the near future, but just in case it would be good to know what other people pay. Thanks!
