Richmond birthday party venue recommendations?

Hi, I am looking for a place (venue) for my twins birthday party. Since I am new in the area I don't know much.. We are close to Richmond town centre. I would appreciate any recommendation :)

What age/genders? Any general feel - indoor play centre, craft, hall??

The scout hall in petersham (near Polo ground) is fantastic for parties, big indoor area and huge outside... but it is basically a venue, a friend hired it on a magical sunny day and the kids didn't want party games, just played outside, was lovely (and she said cheap too!).
