Cambridge returnee

Hello everyone.

I've recently moved back to Cambridge
Long story short I was living in Norwich for close to 8yrs but DP has decided to become exDP so I'm back in Cambridge holding up at the parents til I find my feet with my soon to be 11yr old DD and 2 yr old DS

Can anyone recommend things to do with my child, more so when the weather starts to turn.
Do you do any meets ups as I went to a few Norwich ones.

Just would like to get out, find myself, meet new people as Im out of a loop now, Cambridge has changed so much in 8 years its scary!

Enjoy the parks and Botanic Gardens while the weather's nice
Check out University Museums website
Go to the central library and get library cards all round
Find your local Sure Start Centre
Sign yourself up for the Festival of Ideas email list for next half term

Sorry, just concentrated on kids' stuff. If you have live-in babysitters, why not sign yourself up for an evening class somewhere like Hills Road 6th Form College? Time for yourself, expand your skills/hobbies, and meet like-minded people without kids in tow.

I met lots of new people doing an 8 week wine tasting course in Cambridge, educational and drink wine it was fab :)
