Hypnobirthing recommendations in Edinburgh

I would like to do a hypnobirthing class and wondered if anyone had any recommendations in the Edinburgh area. I've contacted a couple of providers and the costs vary from £275 to £325. Is it a case of you get what you pay for or is one overpriced? The content seems to be the same and I don't mind paying an extra £50 if its worth the money. Any experiences (positive or negative) would be greatly appreciated!! xx

I know this is late! But I'd save your money & buy the hypnobabies home study pack. I did a full in person one to one hypnobirtjing course which was relaxing but useless. Hypnobabies taught me eyes open, conscious hypnosis-anaesthesia like they use for dental work when someone is allergic to drugs. I had a fantastic 12 hour home birth with my only child, age 36 :) it's the best thing we did. Good luck x

Hey did you end up doing any hypno birthing........im trying to see if i could do it on a sliding scale as its too expensive for me i only work p/t but id really like to give it a go someone i know really recommends it
