Anyone else find sure start useless!

Hi I have a little girl who goes to nursery 4 days a week and a little boy my problem is sure start don't do any groups for his age range in the afternoon I don't drive and have little family help my partner workes until late 6 days a week and I don't no anyone with children same/similar age does anyone no any where I can take him for us both to meet new people xx

I think it depends on the sure start centre, some of them we have been to are fantastic and do loads, others do next to nothing as they have had their funding cut so much.

Are there any toddler groups near you?
We are starting meet ups soon on here so hopefully you will meet people from that :)
