Looking for advice on areas to avoid in Ashtead?

Hello All,

Thinking of moving, considering Ashtead, going through the properties list, and Ashtead seems to be having a few properties at the moment - StonnyCroft road, berry mead etc.

I'm completely new to Surrey, and was looking for advice on any areas to avoid ?

Noticed that StonnyCroft/BerryMead seem to be somewhat cheaper than other Ashtead areas, hence this question.
