I've signed up for the parkrun at the country park on Saturday.
I've only been running twice this year and although I completed the c25k programme last year and could (just) manage 30 mins (thanks NHS Laura), I don't think I ever actually made it 5k.
So why am I telling you this?
My plan is, that by posting it on MN, I'm more likely to actually get off my arse on Saturday and give it a go.
So if you parkrun at Milton and see a podgy middle-aged woman in a purple nike running t-shirt and navy shorts, bright red in the face, flagging at the back of the pack, give me a knowing MN smile!
