I have also just joined the site and would like to meet some new friends. I am moving from North London in January to Harpenden (Southdown) until the right property comes available to buy in either Redbourn or Southdown. My son is 2 in December and he is saying "No" to everything at the moment. I think naughty 2's (if there is such a thing) has started early. Hope your getting on well with your little one.

Holly, if you're not having any luck, check out the Friendship Bench again, there are other mums looking to meet up. I don't think your message sounds cringey, it's really difficult to make new friends when you have a little one. I think you're very brave.
