Has anyone tried this place (Chatham Street, Reading, near car park and new appartments)?

I used to teach Pilates there. It's great if you like to workout in the heat. But being a big yoga and Pilates fan I personally don't need the heat as work up e Pugh myself!! It's very good for increasing flexibility and mobility with the use of heat and the psychological side of sweating (where people think they're loosing weight when in fact they're loosing fluids) works well for a lit of people.

I am currently looking for pregnancy yoga classes in and around the area... Do you know of any? Most seem to run one class a week unfortunately.

Thanks for that. When I was looking around I think I remember the name Michelle Mullard coming up in connection with pregnany classes, but could be wrong. No personal experience but worth a google.
