Part-time childcare and cleaning HELP NEEDED in N10!

Can anyone recommend a cleaner who would also be good at giving a helping hand with the children? I need to return to work in September and require someone Monday - Wednesday from approx 9am - 3pm to do cleaning, washing, ironing and at times help with my 6 month old baby when the Nanny is busy with my two toddlers. (They need to be okay with a big dog too - it's a madhouse)
