Only child wants a playmate

I am mother to a four year old, very very energetic little boy who loves climbing trees and going to the playground. I do not have any other kids, much to my sons dismay as I know he desperately would love a like minded little boy to have fun with.

Are there any other only boys out there? Who are more interested in picking up acorns and building forts, than playing with toys. We live in Sheen and would love a play date with someone in a similar situation.

I just saw your post and was wondering if you're still looking for a playmate for your son? We've recently moved to this area and I've got a son who's 2 yrs and 4mts who sounds very similar to yours in that he doesn't want to play with toys much, but likes being outside and is very active. Not sure if it suits because I realise he's quite a bit younger, but let me know if you think your son would get along with a like minded younger boy!
