Hi, I'm looking into nurseries in the E14 area for my DD and came across My Nursery. What are your opinions of it, I understand it has changed its ethos and is no longer a Montessori nursery.

Hi lemomade

Its probably too late for you now but I just wanted to suggest to steer clear of My Nursery. My daughter has been going there since 2012 and all it has done is given me a lot of sleepless nights and stress. They are not very good at meeting basic care needs despite complaints, suggestions and "teaming up" to try to conjole things along. It seems as though they are just a money making venture and the staff are generally performing to say what they are told to say. I got friendly with one staff member who admitted they are treated like crap and it is not a caring place. The Manager is a complete actress who tells you what you want to hear.

Hi, my son has been going to this nursery since Jun 2012 and whilst i had some issues with the constant room and staff changes I think he has genuinely been happy there. The management has recently changed and it has made a massive difference. They listen to parents and really try to do the best for the families. The outdoor space is great and the girls are really caring so I m pretty confident that this is the best nursery around the area.
If people dont like the nursery where their kids are then why keep them there?

I am bias as I work for My Nursery- I take my son to our Landmark branch. The owners are amazing and very supportive and the team at the nursery are lovely. The East India nursery is full of lovely practitioners- my son was there previously. And an added bonus is that each nursery has it's own outdoor space! Please come meet the managers and see the wonderful things the children get up to!
