Based in Bakewell, Helen's Trust is a charity that gives people with a terminal illness of all ages including children the choice to die at home in familiar surroundings. We provide vital support from equipment to a few hours cleaning - whatever support helps people and their carers.
CAN YOU HELP? We are looking for Office Volunteers (great to add to your C.V!), General Volunteers, donations of bric-a-brac, raffle prizes, clothes & toys. Or would you be able to set up your own Helen's Trust fundraising group? A great way to focus coffee mornings or run toy & kids clothes sales, sponsored pram pushes or walks with the kids, the ideas are endless. Some of us Mum's here know your time is precious, so as little or as much as you can fit in is really really appreciated!
