Tea & Scones in Stationers Park anyone?

I'm a local mum to 2 little ones and I'd love to try and turn the old Park Keepers hut in Stationers Park into a cute little cafe, what do you think? I've done a quick survey and it'd be great to hear your views:

That sounds like a great idea, mums need some time off their feet lol. Have you thought about having pampering sessions? Hot cup of tea and facial sounds great to me :-)
