Hello, considering buying a house in Newton Mearns. The house is in catchment for Crookfur and Eastwood schools. Does anyone have any experience of these schools? Have heard good things about Mearns Castle school - does anyone have any experience of obtaining a placing request for Kirkhill? Is this a realistic option? Children have not yet started school so would be for P1. Thanks!
