Fibromyalgia Support

Hi all,
I'm 43 and living in Ickenham I was diagnosed with FM in May :(. Looking into setting up a Fibromyalgia support group in the local area maybe meet up once a month for a coffee and a chat, and rant about this awful illness. Anyone interested message me :)

Hi sandra,

I'm 43 and living in Ickenham, with FM and osteoarthritis. Keen to meet a fellow sufferer. I would very much like to do some ranting over a cup of coffee. I am however not opposed to having a bit of fun as well (if appropriate 😉)
Looking into establishing a gentle but comprehensive exercise routine that i could keep up with: an encouraging and nagging partner would be handy.
Ranting is great, but i have to admit humour and exercise work better with FM!
