Just moved to Lewisham (SE13), LO is3months. Appreciate if any one could suggest child care/ nurseries with which you've had good experience or had good feedback about. Thanks

What part of the borough are you in? Zoom (by Hither Green station) is brilliant but on the pricey side (about £65 a day for babies). My DD's been there for a couple of years and loves it, and I'm very happy with it too.

Thanks, much appreciated. Will check it out. Have looked at Catherine House and CherryLi as of now.

Hi all,

We are in the process of buying a house in Forest Hill and I am starting to look for childcare for my 15 month old boy. Does anyone have any recommendations for childminders or possibly a nanny share? (must be Ofsted registered)

Ideally looking for Mon/Tue/Wed full days from end of October/start of November and if there was flexibility to take him for the odd Thurs/Fri every now and again that would be fantastic. We have been super spoilt with our current childminders who are so amazing and my LO loves it there, I am worried about the transition.

It's a big move for us as we are moving from the other side of London to Forest Hill - so any other Mum tips for the area would be much appreciated. Is there a good network of Mums? I am very excited about moving but very sad to leave my friends here, all of which I met through having my baby!

Look forward to any tips!

Hillyfields nursery in brockley is great. My dd goes there & loves it. Very friendly staff. I'm really happy with them.
