When you visit a childminder in her home first time, what are you looking for? I'm a childminder in the local and I've been finding it hard to fill my spaces. Despite my 10 year experience & qualified in childcare. Parent who visit say they'll get back which I usually do not hear from them so I don't know how to make changes.
