So, I just wanted to share a fitness class that I've been going to since Jan as it's great fun and worth giving a go!
It's called ShimmyFit and is basically like Zumba but uses belly dance inspired moves. Its much gentler than Zumba so its good for people who need to take these more slowly and the instructor is really friendly and so are the people who go along :)
The class I go to is on Friday 6.30pm - 7.30pm in Crediton Methodist Church Hall and we need more people to come along as at the moment there is only 3 of us so it would be great to see some new faces.
