new worcester village, proposed your thoughts

other than taking kempsey off my list to look at to move too, I feel a bit sad that all that countryside will be gone.

take a look at this

I'm not sure, the city definitely needs more houses, but that area of Worcester already feels quite cramped with St Peters etc. If it's well done it might be nice, but I prefer more smaller developments rather than huge ones. One other benefit I suppose could be a train station out that way, which is something that's been on the cards for ages.

I looked on the planning page and it will be a good proportion of social housing, which on the whole arent pretty are they?

I would be pissed if I lived on the edge of st peters or kempsy and all my views where taken away.

my new build overlooks the new ( being built) science park. I'm itching to get back out the the country again.

Countryside is nice - and there are some lovely areas around Worcester. The Broadheath/Martley areas and Claines/Ombersley are really nice.

lucky my search area includes herefordshire and shropshire too.
