Brighton/Hove conveyancing solicitor recommendations

We're currently looking to buy a house in Brighton/Hove and need a good conveyancing solicitor. Having been frustrated to hell with solicitors for other moves, can anyone recommend a good local solicitor who will progress searches etc and actually return calls?

Jane Cole at Sussex Law Solicitors in Patcham, absolutely fantastic, kept us informed and just looked after us, she was recommended by 2 friends and we will always use in future, bright cookie too she was really thorough, just what you want when buying a house!! Watch out for allof the lying estate agents though :)
