egham /englefield green?

I'm thinking of moving to either Egham/Englefield Green areas in a couple of months and have a 2 year old ds so keen to be near nurseries, classes, and good primary schools for a few years time! Would be really great to hear any thoughts on the two areas as I know some bits are quite studenty - which we'd like to avoid - my days of all night parties are sadly gone:)

Would really appreciate any suggestions of good places to live round here, places to go etc?

What are you planning for secondary? Infant and junior schools are generally very good, but secondaries are more variable.

Most of the students live in Englefield Green and the RHUL end of Egham.

Mozmeister we're moving to Staines in a couple of weeks with 4yo DS and 2yo DD. maybe we should meet!
