Hi Ealing parents,
As an Ealing Mum, I wanted to spread the word that the Green Mango cafe has re-opened after the Ealing riots.
Remember the one? It is opposite Walpole Park, near Fara and Carluccios.
They had only just opened when it burnt down in the riots - the owner used to be lovely. He'd help me with my pram and allow me and my NCT mates to loiter for ages over a single coffee.
They burnt down, and it seemed like such a friggin shame.
Anyway, they have now reopened! And the manager is just as enthusiastic, and even recognised my friend and I. They now do Asian 'street food' as well as coffees, smoothies etc. They have toilets and nappy changing facilities.
I haven't tried the new menu yet, but just urging you to support them. Especially if you're needing a takeaway coffee for Walpole Park or somewhere to change a nappy.
