loft conversion company?

We are about purchase a wee terraced house in East Brighton and need to do a loft conversion to all fit in.

Can anyone recommend a local company who is good and doesn't need micro/on-site managing as I'm not in Brighton to oversee everything. Also any ideas on how expensive loft conversions are/ballpark. We're planning to have a dormer but no bathroom, just maximum space.

Can't help with recomendations but I see a lot of posters for amazing space. Do check your not in a conservation area.

Like drystone nearly every one I see round here is for amazing space so assume they must be good!
