Can anyone recommend an eyebrow practitioner please, preferably in the city centre or west end but would go elsewhere. My previous experiences have left me either too over plucked and/or too unsymmetrical and I would like someone experienced who would be willing to take more care. Any method is acceptable - plucking, waxing, threading I don't mind which
