Kids party venues - Kew/Richmond

Can anyone recommend any free or cheap party venues for a kids party for around 20? I don't really want to spend a fortune but would feel mean excluding half the guests just to host the party at home!

You could try the cafe at north sheen recreation ground, they have a nice room for hire upstairs

Scout hut at Petersham hires for parties, has great outdoor area and pretty big indoor space too. Very cheap, I believe.
