School for dd most like QEH?

QEH has really suited ds - gently stretched and challenged him in a way that he's responded to willingly - academically, in sport and in music. The staff are fantastic role models and inspiring teachers (on the whole). Where can dd get the same opportunities? Anyone with experience of QEH and a dd in a Bristol secondary school ?

My daughter went to Redland for secondary school, she did well academically. It she is that sort of child. She left for a levels to go to a mixed school which is is enjoying.

My so. Is thriving at Clifton college.they seem to give the best of both worlds.BGS is supposed to be good, but did not like the limited parking and after school care.

Many thanks - I don't know much about Redland High. Did any of your ds go to QEH, or your friends ds? I'm trying to gauge which girls school is most similar.

No I only have the two children, most Redland girls seem to stay until A level. Bgs although mixed is a good school

I have a friend with a ds at QEH - her dd is about to start at Redmaids, as I think they are partner schools (or something like that)
