Hi. Me and my husband are about to rent a house down in Brechin and was wondering if there were any other mums around this area? Or any baby groups to go to. My lo is 16 weeks old xx

Hi, up here in Aberdeen city and shire we're trying to make some noise about the reduction from 8 subjects to 6 in S4 which have been imposed on us. Kids in Angus are in the same position I believe and someone who posted on the FB page Curriculum for Excellence - Parents' Voice said there was someone in Your area who is a journalist and blogger interested in this. I was wondering if that's you?
We also have a petition on the go which we're trying to raise awareness of because this isn't just a local problem:

It is the first I have heard of it, Spanner (its TeaandTunnocks in my official guise!).

You are welcome to put a thread on the Campaign section, and I will then link to that thread on FB to see if anyone is around who might be interested in helping out.
