I'm aiming to organise one meet up per month in Worcester, and have just arranged this for the next one. Hope it suits a few people - I know we have a real mix of people who work and people who are around in the week so we'll alternate for the time being.

nope, but it was rubbish :( just 20 customers all afternoon. I was sort of planning for about 50!

:( that's a shame, as soon as DS is old enough I'll bring him to make a keyring :) at the moment I fear he'd eat more beads than anything! Also, don't forget to add a listing to Local :) (I have volunteered to be the Local Editor so will be encouraging lots of new listings!)

I now have a really annoying problem in that I've got to work that day! I'm reluctant to cancel - what do you think is better change the date or just let you lot meet up on the already arranged date?

change the date it should be fine, would be odd to organise something and not be there wouldnt it?

Can't do the day before but can do Mon 10th or the Friday after (21st) - do you think it's too short notice for Monday?
