Good places for Sunday Breakfast/Brunch

Have been to Jessie's kitchen, fabby! Glass pavilion, dire!

Particularly craving a hash brown, please suggest places!

It is over the water, but we had breakfast at Mitchells Deli in St Andrews recently. It was delicious (despite the sad absence of baked beans) and the service was fab.
