I realised yesterday, when asked for a good place for threading in Stortford, that I don't know all the 'secrets' of the town.
So what would your hints and tips be for newcomers to your area?
Mine are:
Pishiobury park is on the road between Stortford and Harlow, and has free parking - nice little park for a walk (and backs on to the Beckhams old house!)
The portuguese cafe on Hockerill Street makes the nicest custard tarts ever!
The play area by Thorley Sainsburys is the best one in town.
