Placing request results?

We live in Edinburgh and made a placing request for a P1 place. Council report says letters would be sent out last week - has anyone received anything yet? I'm impatient!

The High School ones arrived on Thursday from what dd told me from hearing from P7's who had applied out of catchment. From memory, the Primary ones usually go out the following week but for some odd reason seem to arrive on a Saturday. I've often wondered if it was deliberate!

Apparently the P1 ones have gone out. Lots of unhappy parents in the nursery I was visiting today.

Thanks for the reply. Got our letter today - we didn't get a place. Disappointed, but not that surprised.
