Lowther Primary School

Was very surprised to recieve our school letter confirming a spot at Lowther today. As we will so far away from Lowther it isn't a school i have visited before. I am still working the waiting lists for schools that are closer to us, but any insight mums can provide on this school would be great...

My daughter is in Y1 at Lowther, and has loved school so far :) there's the odd thing I would change, but think that would be true of any school (she's my precious first born after all). She had a whale of a time in Reception year (she was in Oak class) and I hope you do too :) have you got any specific questions?

We looked at it 2yrs ago when we came to the UK and loved it, the head teacher was amazing, and the teachers & children looked very motivated and happy. BUt alas, we couldn't get a property nearby to make it all work.

But we thought the school & its community were fantastic.

I have two dds at Lowther, Y4 and Y1, both very happy there and doing well.

Lowther is great. We are all very happy with the school.
