Not sure how to start a new thread in Local Talk?

It's not too obvious how to start a thread in Local Talk so here are some tips:

You need to click on the "Topic" of talk that you want your thread to be seen in. In this instance, I clicked on 'Discussions" and then saw a pink arrow pointing to 'Start a new thread' which I clicked on to open a new thread.
