Kirklees now provide free Healthy Start vitamins for pregnant women, new mums with babies up to 12 months and all children aged between 6 months and 4 years. Speak to your doctor, midwife or health visitor who will be able to refer you to the scheme or call Yorkshire Children's Centre on 01484 415465 for a list of referral centres.
