Pregnant and seeking a friendly ear

Hi I'm 26 and 9 weeks pregnant. Wasn't planned but over the moon now after calming down!

I don't know of any one else who is pregnant, and was just looking for any tips for local area (peverell/mannamead) or anyone else who is new to all this the same as me.

There is a really lovely pregnancy yoga group held at the Swarthmore Centre (Top of Mutley Plain) on Tuesdays from 5-6.30. You could meet up with other pregnant ladies from the Peverell/Mannamead area there for a chat and some relaxation.
