School Catchments in Westend?

Hi, We are looking to move this year before we have number 2 but can't find the catchments anywhere. There used to be a postcode checker I think. We are looking to move in to the Hyndland Secondary catchment and really need to be in the Broomhill or Hyndland primary area for Grandparents/childcare. Is there a way to find out catchments or do I need to contact the council?

When looking to send my kids to Hyndland Secondary I contacted them directly for a list of the streets in the catchment area before buying our house. The school were really helpful.
Kids have been there for over 2 years now & love it. Great school.
