Hi all!....we have just purchased a property in Sutton Road nd r ready to relocate from London when after reading on sites like this the bad reputation this area and surrounding has,i must confess to many sleepless nights of worry for my two young children nd was about to call the whole thing off,but have stumbled across an article about a £34 million regeneration programme on the nearby Parkwood estate and was wondering if any of urselves know if this will really make a difference or even happen,i would be so very greatful wiv all feedback :-)
