Local antenatal classes - refresher/2nd time round?

Hi,

I had my first child two years ago (and in a different hospital). Does anyone know of any local second time round/refresher antenatal classes (part from NCT)? And if you have attended some would you recommend them? I can't decide if its worth it or not ... I'm due to give birth at the Rose at the end of June 2013.

Any thoughts welcome.

I didn't bother with a refresher course but did do ante-natal yoga (Anna Youngs) the second time round. Just over 2 years between my two. Not sure that I even went to the hospital tour the second time around.
