Moved to Cardiff- Hi Cardiff mums!

Hi
I have recently moved to Whitchurch in Cardiff with my 2 children, aged 4 and 22 mths. Would love to start meeting some local mums/ children so we can start socialising some more and find out what's going on for kids. I grew up in Cardiff and then moved to London when I was 20 where I lived for a long time before deciding to come back before the kids started school. Loving Whitchurch so far!

Thanks for answering anyway. I have put a notice on netmums and had a few responses. I found these boards quiet in London too. Hopefully start meeting people at groups etc.

Hi Wendyah I'm new-ish to Cardiff too. My little girl is 19 months. I'm up for a coffee and a chat or a stroll in the park. I'm only in Canton so not too far away!

Just read your post, we moved to Whitchurch in December, I have a 14month old. There are really good groups in Rhiwbina on a Thursday and Friday, you may have found them already, hope you are settling in o.k? :)

Hi I have started up a local caerphilly page on mums net if anyone is interested in meet ups please join, i plan on doing meet ups in caerphilly, Roath park and Cardiff centre. So people from any area can join if they would like to join in.

Hi there, sorry to see this board isn't very active as I hoped to get some info re local schools here. Hope you are settling in and meeting people. We move to Cardiff in 6weeks and will be in Cathays which is fairly central. Looking to meet people and find out about schools and toddler groups as I have a boy of 4 and a girl of 2.5. X

I have also just moved to th area, well just around the corner anyway; I will be no good to you if you are looking to make contact withavems who have children of a similar age to yours, butas a new mum im always happy to get out and about in the daytime.
