Recommendation for a garden "designer" - Farnham/Godalming

We have a large untidy driveway that has been neglected for quite a few years - we moved in last year and the house was previously owned by an old lady. It currently has a mixture of lawn, old style planting and tarmac for the cars.

I really want to improve the driveway but don't have a big budget (most quotes were £30k)so looking for a practical local garden designer who could give us ideas, maybe draw up some plans with planting ideas.

Any recommendations would be much appreciated.
