help-nanny wanted for 2 + twins Oxford

Hi

We've got two young children (4.5 and 2.5) and twins arriving in June and are looking for a nanny for at least 9 months from June - 3/4 days a week 9-5(negotiable). We live in the Headington area.
Does anyone know of any nannies who would not be fazed by a large family/multiples, who might be able to help?

I think there is a support group for mothers of twins in East Oxford. I've also noticed that East Oxford Children's centre run a twins drop-in session on alternate Tuesday mornings. It might be worth popping in and seeing if any of the mums there have recommendations. Or perhaps there's a children's centre near you with a twins session?

You might get more responses if you posted in the main nannies/childminders topic in the main forum.

Besides that, there's childcare.co.uk and presumably local agencies?
