hi everyone!
my dh, 2yo son and i are looking to buy a gorgeous house in st johns but we don't know enough about the area to know whether it is the right choice.
the house is expensive, over £700k so of course i want to make sure we make the right decision as it is well over a stretch for us!
it is on a fairly busy road but is a large detached house so i'm not too worried about the noise, but i wonder what it is like living about 7 minutes walk from st johns high street? we currently live closer to guildford than woking so have not spent any time there but haven't heard great things.
any advice would be greatly appreciated!
