Hi everyone, new to Mumsnet and have primarily joined to see if any one can give me some advice....
I am a nurse and will be returning to work in September this year when our daughter is 11 months. My husband works normal office hours and as a Nurse, I will be going back to shift work, 2-4 days a week on a month by month rota.
I've been advised that a nursery would likely charge for 5 full days, but maybe a child minder might be more accommodating of a changeable rota? I am interested to hear what other mums who work shifts do? Any advice or information would be greatly appreciated!
