I'm new to the website so I hope u bear with me. We r planing to buy a house, been four months now & we haven't found our dream home yet. Today I found a house which i really like but not sure about the area. It is in tooting border in Pitcairn rd with sellincourt & singlegate primary school near by. The question is: do you mums recommend the area as a nice place to live in or I shall steer away from it? It's just the house is spacious & offerable. Too tempting to not consider
