With local having a bit of a publicity boost how are you finding it? what do you like or not like about it!

Hellloooo!
Im new here and not been in South Derbyshire a year yet. Im in Swadlincote at moment and don't drive. I am also mum to 1 fabulous girl who has just hit teens (eek!) so any other mums of teens about?
I'm up for meeting others. I'm a nursery nurse by trade so always after a cwtch (thats welsh for cuddle) off the littlies :D

Just started my own business as a Twice As Nice event organiser for families so any other self employed mums around also?

Sounds good bbtrix, but 10th aug is just a week before my due date (altho i think she may come any day now) so put me down as a maybe lol

He he, PurpleDana - I remember that 'subject to baby' time in my appointments diary especially as I only went on maternity leave at 39 weeks. Of course it meant DD arrived 8 days after my due date, so all my worrying was for nothing. Anyone else (MummeeBee? goodmum123? anyone who can make it to Chesterfield) about on 10 August?
