Or pay in bits or on collection?

I really need to clear out my house and garden the state of it is affecting my mental health and i even have rats because of the garden waste i cant shift quick enough :-(

Anyway i need to get a skip but im looking at over £120 for what i need and i just dont have that and by the time i do im likely to be kicked out of my house as the council are warning me i need to get it under control.

So is it an option?
