Parenting classes?

Hi all, can any of you recommend a good local parenting class/course? I have now got to the stage with my 2 and a half yr old where I believe I need some advice/help before irreversible damage is done..!

I appreciate that most people are able to just grit their teeth and ride this stage out but not me I'm afraid..

The Parent Practice is very good. They run courses and one-offs during the day and in the evenings. Really helpful and I wish I had done it sooner!

I would also recommend the parent practice - I did their 5 week course
