New to Bideford/Barnstaple

Hi, we have just moved to devon with our little boy who is almost 1, and despite not knowing anyone we are loving it here!
Can anyone recommend some good groups to go to on a Thursday or Friday? Or things to do in general with a little one?

Hiya, We have just moved to Clovelly, its about 9 miles from bideford. I have two children, Mia 9 and Isaac 1. I think that there are groups at the childrens centre in Bideford on a thursday and friday. They have a list of all the local groups on their website. I havnt been to any yet as I dont drive and havnt worked out the bus timetable.
ps: I love it here too :)

Not a group but Baby Sensory classes run at Glow (Baby shop in Barnstaple) for Babies birth to 15 months - all morning sessions are full but there are a couple of spaces in the 2.30pm-3.30pm session on a Thursday.
Baby Sensory includes singing, music, bubbles, light shows, puppet shows and much more
